  • What are the benefits of being a member?

    The benefits of joining the WCC Underground are subject to change over time, but are likely to include items such as: exclusive blog posts from Ryan Friedlinghaus, exclusive video and photo content, event information, live streams from Inside WCC, the WCC Underground Black Card, and physical goods as part of the WCC Underground Swag Pack (for 12 month Memberships).

  • How often does WCC Underground upgrade its content?

    Content will be updated on a regular basis.

  • How do I reset my password?

    To reset your password when logged out, navigate to the log in page and click Reset Password. You will be prompted to enter the email address that is associated with your account and then click the Request Password Reset button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the reset password email, please check your Spam folder.

  • How do I purchase a membership?

    You can purchase a membership for the WCC Underground by visiting our website. Select the desired membership length and click Join Now. Then enter your basic information and password to begin your account creation. On the next screen, enter your payment information and click Submit. Upon verification of your payment information, your account will be created and your credit card will be charged. You may then login to the website at any time within the term of the length of membership that you selected.

  • Can you take my payment over the phone?

    No, we only accept credit card payments via the website, to help ensure that your payment information remains confidential and secure.

  • Can I purchase a membership at WCC headquarters?

    You can only purchase a WCC Underground membership via our website. You can access our website on almost any desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone device. At some special events, there may be a kiosk available that accepts sign-ups, but those sign-ups are also processed and completed via our website.

  • What are the payment terms?

    Your credit card will be charged as soon as you sign up for membership into the WCC Underground. The amount charged will be based on the length of the membership that you selected. At the end of the selected term, your credit card will automatically be charged for another term, based on the length of membership selected.

    For example, if you chose the 1-Month membership, at the end of the first month term, your credit card will be automatically charged for a second 1-month term, at the current full-price 1-Month term rate. At the end of that second month, you will be automatically charged for the next (third) 1-month term, and so on. As another example, if you chose the 6-Month Membership term, at the end of the sixth month, you will be automatically charged for another 6-Month term, at the current full-price 6-Month term rate, and so on.

  • What method of payment can I use to purchase my membership?

    All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • How do I upgrade my membership?

    You can change the length of your currently selected membership term when you are logged in to the WCC Underground. To do this, go to Account > Subscriptions and then click on the Update link next to your current subscription record. Choose your desired new membership term option and complete the checkout process. Your new membership term will begin at the end of your current term.

  • When does the memberships expire?

    Your membership expiration varies on the length of membership that you subscribed to, and whether or not you choose to cancel your membership. Your membership will only fully expire if you choose to cancel it, or if your credit card on file becomes expired or invalid. You can check the expiration of your current membership term when you are logged-in to the WCC Underground, under Account > Subscriptions.

    If you chose 1-Month Membership term, your membership would expire exactly one month from the day that you first subscribed, if you choose to cancel your membership. If you chose the 6-Month Membership, your membership would expire 6 months from the date that you first subscribed, if you choose to cancel your membership. If you chose the 12-Month Membership, your membership would expire 12 months from the date that you first subscribed if you choose to cancel your membership.

    If you do not chose to cancel your membership before the end of your currently selected term, your membership will be automatically renewed, and your credit card will be automatically charged, based on your currently selected term (at a 1-month, 6-Month, or 12-Month term renewal). Upon renewal, you will be charged for the current full-price rate of the selected term.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    To cancel your membership, you must contact us at support@wccunderground.com. No refunds will be issued, and your current membership will remain valid through the duration of the membership term that you had selected. At the end of that membership term, your membership will expire and it will not be automatically renewed, thus terminating your membership.

  • How do I update my account information? (Personal Info, Password, Payment Info, etc.)

    You can manage your account information when you are logged in to the WCC Underground, by going to Account. From there, you can access your personal information, change your password, update your payment information, or change your membership term.

  • How does WCC Underground charge my account?

    The WCC Underground will charge your credit or debit card upon initial sign up. It will also be charged on a recurring basis, based on the selected length of membership term, until you cancel your membership.

  • Internet connection speed recommendations?

    If you are having trouble accessing our website, please check that you can access other websites. It may be a case of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) being down; or it could be an issue with your hardware, such as a modem or router. If you can access most other websites, but not the WCC Underground, there is a chance that we may be experiencing technical difficulties, and we will be back online as soon as we can be.

  • What devices can I use to access WCC Underground?

    You can access our website on almost any desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone device. We strongly recommend only using the latest, modern Internet browsers for security and performance reasons.

  • Why can’t I connect to the WCC Underground?

    If you are having trouble access our website, please check that you can access other websites. It may be a case of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) being down; or it could be an issue with your hardware such as a modem or router. If you can access most other websites, but not the WCC Underground, there is a chance that we may be experiencing technical difficulties, and we will be back online as soon as we can be.

  • Can anyone use my WCC Black Card to get a discount?

    No, only you, the member who originally signed up for your WCC Underground account, can use your WCC Black Card.

  • Can I get a second card for my account?

    No, only one WCC Black Card is permitted per account.

  • I haven’t received my WCC Undersground “Swag Merch” where is it?

    The WCC Underground can take from 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. If you still have not received your merchandise after 8 weeks from your initial membership sign-up, please contact us at accounts@wccunderground.com. Also note that the Swag Pack is only sent upon an initial membership sign up for user who select the 6 or 12 month membership terms.
